Crankdat @ Subterranean 4/14 – win a pair of tickets

As part of his “Gear Up” American tour, Crankdat will be hitting the Windy City April 14th at Subterranean in West Town.

Following his newest release, a remix of Mija’s “Secrets”, he is in the middle of the second phase of his tour, which spans nearly twenty performances through the beginning of June.

The following weekend, he will be in his hometown, Columbus, OH, to perform at Number Fest (#Fest), the largest college music festival in the country. Hosted by Ohio University, the event will feature headliners like Migos, Young Thug and JAUZ, and other big names in EDM such as Louis the Child and Herobust.

With a diverse style that incorporates both heavy bass beats with light, bouncy melodies, Crankdat has had his tracks featured in live sets by Boombox Cartel, Lookas, The Chainsmokers and more.

Known for his re-crank of San Holo’s “Light” and his “Trap Queen” remix that gathered more than 45 million plays, the artist already has over 111,000 followers on Soundcloud.

Christian Smith, 20, announced earlier this year in a Run the Trap interview that he has decided to pursue music full-time and has collaborations with artists such as SLANDER and JAUZ in the works.
