1. It’s okay to voluntarily change. I made a conscious effort to be more outgoing and easygoing when I came to college. I introduced myself as Cat, started wearing lots of cat shirts, and let myself laugh when I typically would have suppressed my emotions in the past.

This Kid I Know: Sarah
I have known you since the summer before our junior year of high school, when we were in the same debate lab together. I had a cringe worthy scroll back session where I read through all of our old Gchats starting in freaking 2012.
This Kid I Know: Pedro
No one can spice up the mundane greeting “Hey!” like Pedro can. This guy makes it sound so sincere that you want to say hey back, sit down and talk about your day with him. Have they been watching meContinue reading “Thinking about extroversion and how much I’ve changed this past year”
This Kid I Know: Christina
We have a joint bucket list that is as full of things to do as it is full of things that we have already done. It all technically started sometime in Welcome Week, but since I don’t remember meeting her, it all started for me in winter quarter when Christina and I went on aContinue reading “This Kid I Know: Christina”
I am who I am because…
I am who I am because Sam Smith’s voice makes me tear up, but few other things do, not even death.
Winter reflection: Why I’m grateful for spring’s arrival
Has spring sprung? Spring has sprung.
